Summary of our terms of sale

This is an English summary of our French terms of sale (CGV). In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made online through our secure Lodgify booking engine. 50% is paid at booking; the balance is charged automatically 7 days before arrival (in full if you book less than 7 days ahead). Prices include VAT where applicable, linen, toiletries, utilities and Wi-Fi. Cleaning fees may apply where stated. Tourist tax is added per adult per night at the local rate.

Security deposit

An €300 card pre-authorisation is taken the day before arrival and released 5 days after departure. Nothing is charged unless damage, loss, exceptional cleaning or a breach of house rules is documented.

Cancellation

Up to 5 days before arrival: full refund.

• From 5 days to the day before arrival: 50% refund.
• On the day of arrival, no-show or early departure: no refund.
• If we must cancel, you receive a full refund.

Stay

Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 11am (late check-out at 1pm: €20, subject to availability). No smoking, no pets, no parties or undeclared visitors, quiet hours 10pm – 8am.

Law

These terms are governed by French law.
